Fire claims 1 life, destroys Sitka home

Shortly after 9 a.m. Thursday.
SITKA, ALASKA (2010-02-04) A Sitka resident died in a fire Thursday morning at a home on Lake Street. Officials have yet to release the resident's identification, and the cause of the blaze remains under investigation. Raven News will update this report with more information as it becomes available.
