Cruise lines sue to block head tax

JUNEAU, ALASKA (2009-09-18) The cruise industry is suing the state to throw out most of the passenger head tax. The Alaska Cruise Association filed the suit September 17th in U.S. District Court in Anchorage. The state says it will defend the tax. No court date has been set.
