Sitka, Alaska Only one resolution failed to pass at last night’s (1-13-08) Sitka City and Borough Assembly meeting, but it didn’t completely die. Whether or not to certify termination of the TAB bulk water lease contract, was tabled until the next assembly meeting, but not before it garnered serious discussion.
