Graduate students from the University of Michigan and Sitka Conservation Society’s Marjorie Hennessy discuss their current fieldwork on Kruzof Island. The students are working on a group thesis project looking at resource management and social dynamics on the island, and are creating a monitoring plan for a section of Shelikof Creek. At Mud Bay, the students will be surveying Kruzof visitors on recreation priorities.
