Sitka School Board candidates Tim Fulton and Tom Conley took listener questions for 90-minutes Tuesday evening (9-30-14). With only two veteran candidates running for two open seats, the discussion focused more on the immediate issues facing the district — new standards and assessment, teacher retention, and graduation and poverty rates — rather than individual policy differences.
