Scott Brylinsky, a planner with the City of Sitka, says now is the time for the community to begin a conversation about the commercialization of marijuana, primarily in four areas: Growing, Testing, Processing, and Retail Distribution. What will commercialization look like in Sitka? Eleven months from now, the state will issue the first commercial marijuana licenses.
