Doug Osborne, the Director of Health Promotion at Sitka Community Hospital, discusses biking and walking safety. In the past year, 12 people have been injured on roads, mostly during times of low visibility. The hospital received a grant and launched a “Be Safe, Be Seen” program, which is including a raffle on Halloween for high-visibility neon raincoats.
