The Sitka Arts & Science Festival begins next week, on July 16, and festival manager Anna Lee Hirschi joined us in the studio to discuss the program.
Sitka Arts & Science Festival brings together the arts and sciences for two week-long sessions of exploration, inquiry, and adventure. This program is a partnership between Sitka Fine Arts Camp, the Island Institute, Sitka Sound Science Center, and the Sheldon Jackson Museum, with support from the National Endowment for the Arts.
