Dr. Lucille Marchand, a family medicine doctor from the University of Washington, is leading talks in palliative care in Sitka. She is joined by Martha Pearson, Health Promotion Manager at SEARHC, to talk about emergent  conversations within medicine about planning for the end of life. Dr. Marchand will be leading a community workshop at 6 p.m. at the Sitka Public Library, called “More Time at the End of Life or More Suffering?”
