It’s the spookiest season of the year again. For high school seniors, that’s because it’s time to start thinking about college applications.
But the University of Alaska Southeast Sitka Campus has made it their mission to quell their financial fears with advice on completing the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). Join Joy Klushkanm, the UAS Sitka Campus Financial Literacy specialist, for FAFSA Frenzy Fright Night on October 25 at 6 p.m.
In order to participate and successfully complete the FAFSA form, Klushkanm says that students and parents must bring their 2017 tax returns, W2 forms and note their bank account balance as that information is required on the form.
