The Greater Sitka Arts Council will host an art walk on Black Friday Nov. 23, 2018 from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. where galleries, merchants and Sitkans celebrate and feature local works of art.
Local artist Steve Lawrie will feature large portraits of Sitkans at the Allen Marine Dream Cruises lounge. He joined KCAW’s Katherine Rose on the Morning Interview to talk about what inspires him to paint and his process.
