The Sitka Community Land Trust is planning to construct cottages in the Old City Shops lot on Halibut Point Road. They’re sponsoring an Affordable Housing Fair on Saturday, Feb. 23 from 2 to 4 pm at Harrigan Centennial Hall to show of the designs along.
