Frannie Donohoe is the director of Sitka Cirque and Ben Hughey is a board member of the Cirque Noir committee. Cirque Noir is an adult dance party with “immersive art,” including aerial silks, cage dancers, projected art, and live music. There will also be an outdoor beer garden.
