Murphyao explores boundaries of art, writing, and northern politics
Graphic novelist Amanda Murphyao is working on an academic thesis contrasting Alaska's statehood with the territorialization of Nunavat, Canada. She's in Sitka for a seven-week fellowship program on the Sheldon Jackson Campus.
