21-year old Brooke Mulligan will serve four years in prison for criminally negligent homicide, in the death of Terry Carlson, Jr. two years ago. Mulligan crossed the centerline in her Jeep and struck Carlson head-on while he was on a bicycle in March of 2021. She fled the scene without stopping, and when confronted by police, denied involvement in the incident.
