Goldbelt shareholder fined $1,000 over Facebook post accusing state regulator of inaction
Ray Austin complained on Facebook that state regulators weren't acting on reams of evidence he'd provided accusing Goldbelt board members of breaking ethics and disclosure rules. For this, state regulators have issued a cease-and-desist order and fined him $1,000.
