Sitka Assembly supports funding to fix O’Connell lightering float
On Tuesday night (08-22-17), the Sitka Assembly approved - on first reading - $270,000 to fix damaged piling at the O’Connell Lightering Facility. They also authorized the Harbor Department to conduct market research on raising moorage rates.
