Science Center partners with public policy program to bring ‘externships’ to Sitka
Susan Marquis is the Dean of the Pardee-RAND School of Public Policy. Pardee has formed at 10-year partnership with the Sitka Sound Science Center to bring Ph.D. students to Sitka for 6-week "externships." Gabriela Alvarado is one of three students in Sitka currently studying food security.
